Back in the USA!!

Well i’m back in the USA! Can’t say that I’m not excited to be back to see my great friends and family!  Just wanted to say an intial thanks to all my friends back in Hong Kong and Beijing for all the good times and memories and we will see each other again in the future 🙂

Just some inital thoughts as I was like a child driving my car again around the city:

1) They are still putting up the car pool lane on the 51.  I’ve been gone for nearly 9 months and its still not done.

2) More speed cameras? Well, I guess the city does need an economic stiumulus…

3) City North – Sorry but i’m just not impressed.  Same box construction i’ve seen time and time before in PHX. At least some of the restaurant interior design looks nice.

4) Scottsdale Quarter sure got built up fast.  That should be interesting and it will be nice to finally have an H&M in Scottsdale and an Apple store.

5) Chipotle still tastes great and it tastes great at Midnight! Thanks to Ashley, Jeff, Christine and Rowdy.

6) Man, I’ve missed the clean blue skies of Phoenix and the beautiful sunsets.

It’s good to be home.
